DIRECTIONS
ADULTS:For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Add 1 scoop (8.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily.For daily magnesium supplementation: Add 1 scoop (8.7g) to 200mL of water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
