DIRECTIONS
Store Medi pak in freezer. Apply over a cloth or bandage. If the application becomes uncomfortable remove pack for a few minutes from affected area. Then re-apply. Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor. Heating instructions, follow pack instructions carefully.
