Tips
If lining both the top and bottom lash lines, make sure the top lash line is slightly thicker. This will make the eyes appear larger and more open.
How To Use
To define and enhance the eyes, draw the eye pencil as close as possible to the lash line. Using short feathery strokes for a more natural effect. To soften, blend with the angled eye shadow brush.
