Each Tablet Contains: Calcium (from Calcium carbonate) 600mgColecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25 microgramsMenaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2) 180 micrograms
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
