- The Saramonic NV5-WS is a replacement furry windscreen for the SR-NV5, SR-NV5X and MixMic shotgun microphones and a great furry windscreen for certain Sony shotgun microphones. Designed for higher wind conditions, when the foam windscreen just won’t do, the NV5-WS slides over the foam windscreen to give you added protection from wind noise when filming outdoors.
